Looking for an End-of-life legacy doula in denver?

Hello there, Timeless Traveler! I’m Zach Perelman. I’m a Certified End-of-Life Legacy Doula (or Death Doula), an Existential Coach, and a Spiritual Advisor.

You almost certainly must be asking yourself, “What on Earth is an End-of-Life Legacy Doula”? Excellent question, indeed!

In short, an End-of-Life Legacy Doula is a trained professional who provides informational, emotional, practical, and spiritual support for those nearing the end of life and their loved ones and support system. My specialty focus is helping ANYONE- particularly those in the afternoon, evening, or twilight of their lives- realize the legacy that will outlive their earthly bodies.

Typical services I offer include, but are not limited to:

  • Building Sacred Space for Those Nearing Their Final Voyage
  • Companionship
  • Vigil Planning & Services
  • Respite Care
  • Ongoing Support for the Bereaved
  • Life Review & Legacy Projects

A little about me

Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, I set out to live in Colorado beginning in the fall of 2001 when I started attending Colorado State University-Ft. Collins, ultimately pursuing a BA in General Philosophy and a minor in Creative Writing. With the adjacent Colorado Rocky Mountains as my nirvanic playground, I now and forever consider Denver, Colorado as my home.

I’ve tried many different hats during my professional journey – fine-dining server, spa hospitality supervisor, kayak/snorkel guide, maintenance man, wine-tender, construction project manager, industrial cannabis grower, and greenhouse farmer, to name a few.

But after helping a dear friend through a life-and-death moral dilemma, I found my deepest calling, and now here I am…

As a Certified End-of-Life Legacy Doula, an Existential Coach, and a Spiritual Advisor, it is my mission to guide others with grace and dignity through the daunting enormity that comes with dying, death, and- for their remaining loved ones- the post-death experience.

What about you, friend?

If you are looking at this page, there’s a good chance you’re looking for a Death Doula in Denver. Or you’re looking for an Existential Coach or Spiritual Advisor.

Whether you are facing a specific medical prognosis or you happen to be wrestling with your own mortality – wherever you may be on your life’s journey – I would love to hear from you and provide support. Life is messy, and death can seem even messier. I’m here to help guide you through this unavoidable reality.

Together, we can collaborate to ensure that you make your final voyage with as much peace, comfort, grace, dignity, and meaning as humanly possible.

That said, I have a few questions for you:

  • Do you find yourself overwhelmed by the prospect of death?
  • Do you feel practically, intellectually, and emotionally supported at this point in your life’s journey toward your final transition?
  • Do you know all of your end-of-life and post-mortem options?
  • What do you consider a “Good Death”?
  • How would you like to live out the rest of your days?
  • What does “getting one’s affairs in order” mean to you?
  • Do you feel you have those affairs in order?
  • What is your legacy?

So what do you think?
